As an aspiring industrial clerk (m/f/d) at TROX, you will be involved in all relevant commercial processes within the company. This gives you a comprehensive understanding of the organization and its workflows. You will gain practical insights into materials management, production, sales, finance and accounting, as well as other business areas.

As an aspiring technical product designer (m/f/d), you will work with 2D and 3D CAD systems to create data models for manufacturing. You will follow the specifications of engineers and designers and support the development process from the initial concept to the virtual product. Your main focus will be on design, configuration, calculation, and simulation, as well as process and project management.

As an IT specialist (m/f/d) in application development, you will develop and program software tailored to customer requirements. You will test and adapt existing applications and design user-friendly interfaces. You will use programming languages and development tools and apply methods of software engineering. You will also analyse and resolve errors using diagnostic tools and support or train users.

During your training, you will gain insights into the entire IT environment as well as production and administration. You will learn about IT support and maintenance and assist in setting up networks and servers. In IT security, you will learn how to protect systems against cyberattacks. The training follows a dual system, combining practical experience in the company with theoretical instruction at vocational school.

Your work will focus on sheet metal processing, cutting of tubes and profiles, and assembling components into metal structures.

As an aspiring construction mechanic (m/f/d), you will manufacture metal structures based on technical drawings and parts lists. Using manual and mechanical production and welding processes, you will produce individual components from sheets, profiles, and tubes. You will learn how to assemble and disassemble metal constructions using various joining techniques. The main field of application in our company is precision sheet metal construction.

As an aspiring mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), you will build complex mechatronic systems consisting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, such as robots for industrial production. You will manufacture components and assemble them into systems and plants. You will commission systems, program them, and install the associated software. You will follow circuit diagrams and technical drawings and test systems carefully before delivery. You will also maintain and repair mechatronic systems.

As a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and properly storing goods. You will pick and dispatch goods and prepare delivery and route plans. You will also contribute to optimising logistics processes. Your place of work may vary between warehouse and office.

As a warehouse operator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting goods. After checking their condition, you will store them properly or forward them within the company. You will help optimise storage processes and monitor stock levels. You will also be involved in shipping, including packing goods, preparing documents, and loading trucks. Throughout all processes, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Is your compulsory or specialist internship coming up? Depending on the duration and potential mandatory contents, capacity will be checked in advance and a suitable schedule will be laid out.
